Frely T. Masagca is a DOH-Iicensed Senior Physiotherapist with over 20 years clinical experience in the UAE and Philippines  She provides evidence-based, patient-centered physiotherapy for orthopedic, rheumatologic, neurological, musculoskeletal, sports, geriatric, and functional mobility conditions.

With extensive experience across outpatient, inpatient, ICU, and homecare settings, she combines advanced clinical expertise with hands-on treatment approaches including manual orthopedic therapy, spinal manipulation, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, soft tissue mobilization, dry needling, pain management, gait and balance rehabilitation, and functional training.

As a senior clinician and department leader, Frely has contributed to the development of physiotherapy services, mentored junior clinicians, and worked closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated treatment approach.  Her approach focuses on understanding each patient’s individual needs and helping them reduce pain, restore movement, regain independence, and return to the activities that matter most to them.
